The Showroom: A flexible venue with a unique vision
Whether you are hosting an informal business lunch or a large conference, The Showroom is the perfect venue. Our three ground floor suites are great for meetings & workshops. Retractable dividing walls between the suites offer you the flexibility to extend the space to meet your needs. The multi-functional iCafé is a tranquil environment for a working lunch or coffee break, offering great food & free Wi-Fi. On the first floor, you will find the Lincoln Room, great for conferencing or private parties & weddings.
From exhibitions and charity dinners, to board meetings and team building events: The Showroom can provide space for events for 2 delegates, up to 250 delegates.
By holding your event at The Showroom Conference Centre, you'll not only be impressing your delegates with a contemporary, professional venue, you will also be supporting the local community. The Showroom is a Myplace Centre and social enterprise run by Lincolnshire YMCA. It is a unique building with a unique ideology. All income generated through the Conference Centre is used to create positive activities for young people in Lincoln at The Showroom Activity Centre and within the community.
