 Job Title: Communities Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Some evening/weekend work may be required)

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum

Closing Date: Friday 8th January 2021.


Job Purpose

The post holder will manage the delivery and development of Community Services for YMCA Lincolnshire. This includes existing projects formerly delivered by Community Lincs (now merged with YMCA Lincolnshire) and new projects.  They will work alongside the current Programme Manager for TED East Lindsey and be expected to work closely with the Youth Projects Manager, Senior Nurseries Manager to identify opportunities for cross departmental delivery.

The Communities Manager will oversee the development of innovative, responsive, high-quality services and partnerships that directly meet the needs and interests of communities across Lincolnshire. The post holder will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating existing and new services, partnerships, and management of the direct service delivery to communities.

Developing delivery plans to ensure community and strategic needs are delivered, the post holder will take day to day responsibility for the management and motivation of staff and volunteers, and grow impact and sustainability for community services.
