Job Title: Community Connectors Project Officer (Wainfleet)
Hours: 18.5 (Per Week)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team and to deliver our new Community Connectors Project. Community Connections uses the power of a cuppa, cake and company to develop meaningful connections between people and support communities to take the lead.
The Project Officer will have responsibility for effectively developing and delivering the Community Connections Project in Wainfleet, East Lindsey. Through developing meaningful connections between people and supporting the community to take the lead, the Community Connections Project will work to tackle social isolation, minimise disadvantage, encourage participation and build age-friendly and inclusive networks across the community.
The successful applicant will be a team-player and excellent communicator, someone who is confident and able to make judgements unaided and to work independently and proactively within the community.
Travel is required and therefore access to your own car will be essential to this role, as well as a willingness to work outside of normal office hours when required.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for any post that puts the applicant into contact with children, young people and/or vulnerable adults.
