Fundraising Administrator

Salary  A2 – £8.21 per hour

Hours – 16 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • To support the fundraising team in an administrative role, ensuring supporters receive appropriate acknowledgement of gifts and donations in a timely manner.
  • CRM administration – update all previous info held and ensure new contacts are entered onto CRM (currently Donate 7 with plans to progress to Salesforce).
  • Sending out letters, certificates and other fundraising materials.
  • Processing Gift Aid claims
  • Coordination of collection boxes into the local community with the support of a volunteer team.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Computer Experience – Microsoft Office and CRM software (E)
  • Driving licence holder – must have access to own transport with business class insurance (E)
  • Knowledge and experiencing of processing of Gift Aid (D)
  • Experience of working within a charity (D)

Working Hours

16 hours per week per week, specific days and hours to be discussed at interview.
