Marketing and Fundraising Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,008 per year

Closing Date: Sunday 20th June 2021 at 12pm


Job purpose:

The post holder will take overall management responsibility for the Marketing, Brand and Fundraising/Development functions of YMCA Lincolnshire.  They will be responsible for helping to developing and implementing strategy, innovative marketing campaigns that maximise awareness of the charity and its activities. Alongside this the post holder will take the lead on identification of new opportunities to raise funds for the organisation’s activities, relationship building, donor relationships.  The post will be our ‘Brand Champion’ ensuring maximum awareness of YMCA Lincolnshire’s impact on communities across Lincolnshire.
