 Job Title: Senior Room Leader at the Beginnings Nursery 

Hours: 37.5 per week 

Salary: £9.57 hourly rate  

Closing Date: Friday 26th February 2021.


Job Description

  • To work under the direction of the Childcare Manager and Senior Childcare Manager supporting the aims and objectives of the Nursery and to deputise in their absence.
  • To support all staff as agreed with the Childcare Manager, including in cascading knowledge and experience to other colleagues.
  • To provide a safe, caring, stimulating, exciting and professional environment for the children in your care, reflective and inclusive of the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • To effectively manage the team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and appropriately in order to provide high quality learning opportunities for all children who attend the setting
