YMCA Lincolnshire Chief Executive Shortlisted for Regional Award

Our Chief Executive Caroline Killeavy has been shortlisted as a regional finalist at the Forward Ladies National Awards & Summit.

Caroline has been announced as a contender for the Midlands Public Sector/Academia/Not for Profit Leader award and we’re hoping she secures a win at the ceremony, in Birmingham on Friday 4th October.

The Forward Ladies Awards & Summit has been running for a decade and celebrates those from across the region’s thriving business community who are demonstrating enterprise, talent and innovation.

YMCA Lincolnshire is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year and we’re proud that one of our team members, who has provided such great support to the YMCA in Lincolnshire, is being commended for her efforts.

Caroline has been at the helm of YMCA Lincolnshire for almost two years, providing our charity with strategic direction, leadership and innovative ideas, and helping the YMCA to achieve its goals in its ongoing mission of helping the community.

Caroline said of the announcement: “I am delighted to have been chosen as a potential winner for the Forward Ladies awards, and to have the work of YMCA Lincolnshire celebrated in such a way is wonderful.

“We have worked very hard this year to support those in need across Lincolnshire, and to provide opportunities to those who have struggled to thrive. I’m looking forward to meeting all of the deserving and inspiring nominees.”
