Lincolnshire YMCA is committed to recognising and respecting human rights as laid out in the International Bill of Human Rights and the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. As an organisation Lincolnshire YMCA has a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery of any kind within our operations and supply chain. As outlined in The Modern Slavery Act 2015, we ensure that practices are reviewed, monitored and improved (if necessary), to prevent both slavery and human trafficking.

Lincolnshire YMCA will continue to take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking, and is dedicated to identifying and eliminating this, or any elements of it, within our Charity or supply chain. We also acknowledge that a number of our beneficiaries face vulnerabilities and personal circumstances which may put them at risk of modern slavery, and are committed to continuously safeguarding all those within our care again this.
