Free Period Products at YMCA Lincolnshire

YMCA Lincolnshire is now offering free period and products to ensure no one is left without.

To help create a more inclusive, supportive and welcoming space for all, YMCA Lincolnshire has started the new initiative to ensure anyone that visits our organisation has access to free period products, nappies and wipes when you need them most. We know there is no worse feeling that realising you’re away from home and caught without what you need.

These products will be available and signposted at both The Showroom and our St. Giles Youth Centre, so whether you are having a coffee, trying out climbing, or on the run to pick up the kids, YMCA Lincolnshire is here to help.

Period and hygiene poverty is a deeply pressing issue in Lincolnshire because it doesn’t just affect physical health, it can also undermine educational attainment, emotional wellbeing, and social inclusion.

Addressing hygiene poverty in Lincolnshire is therefore vital—not just to meet basic hygiene and health needs but to ensure everyone can live confidently, participate fully, and live with dignity.
