Lincolnshire born and bred, Andy has held senior leadership roles across several national general merchandise businesses and is currently Chief Transformation Officer at Lincolnshire Co-op. Andy’s career has focused on creating long-term strategies and turning them into practical operational plans, delivering meaningful change for organisations and the people they serve. Andy cares deeply about helping people in his home county, so joining YMCA Lincolnshire felt like a natural fit as their mission - making sure everyone can belong, contribute, and thrive - energises Andy to use their experience to help create opportunities for people to feel safe, valued, and fulfilled right here in our community.
