Holly joins the board as part of the YMCA’s Get On Board programme.Holly is an experienced operations and events professional in the creative sector and is currently General Manager at Lincoln Arts Centre at the University of Lincoln. Her career highlights have involved venue management, leading city centre events and festivals, and working with young people as a cheerleading coach. Holly was drawn to YMCA Lincolnshire’s mission to support young people and communities to thrive—principles that align closely with her own. As a member of the YMCA Lincolnshire Board, she brings expertise in operations and community impact.
