Wes has worked for JUST Lincolnshire for 13 years focussing on equality, inclusion and belonging. He was also CEO of JUST Lincolnshire for 5 years and currently oversees the youth, community, and equality strands of YMCA Lincolnshire. Wes brings over 25 years of experience of working within the voluntary, Community and Faith sector across Lincolnshire and overseas.
