John joined YMCA Lincolnshire in November 2025 as Director of Finance and Operations. He is a CIMA qualified accountant and chartered fellow of the CIPD with a wide range of experience working with commercial businesses. He is a committee Christian and has previously a Trustee for Acts Trust.
