YMCA Lincolnshire welcomes Amy Thomas as Director of Services and Impact.

YMCA Lincolnshire is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Thomas as Director of Services and Impact. Amy brings many years of strategic leadership experience to this brand-new role within our charity.

Following many years in leadership roles with Community Lincs and a previous spell as Director of Communities at YMCA Lincolnshire, Amy returns after spending the last five years as Head of Charity at the Lincolnshire Rural Services Network - a charity providing a wide range of services to the county’s agricultural communities.

YMCA Lincolnshire CEO Chris Kirkwood said:

“I’m delighted that Amy will be joining us to help shape the future of YMCA Lincolnshire as our first Director of Services and Impact. Opportunities for collaboration, both internally and externally, are crucial to our development, and Amy’s extensive expertise in charity leadership, her understanding of the importance of demonstrating impact, and her experience of working in Lincolnshire will be invaluable to us in the years ahead.”

On her appointment, Amy said:

“I’m delighted to be returning to YMCA Lincolnshire at such an important time for the organisation. It’s an organisation very close to my heart, and I’m passionate about supporting communities and creating lasting impact. I’m excited to work alongside colleagues and partners to build on the strong foundations already in place and continue making a meaningful difference across Lincolnshire.”

We would like to extend Amy a warm welcome to YMCA Lincolnshire. We look forward to continuing - and growing - our work to support people across Lincolnshire to belong, contribute and thrive, so that they feel safe, valued and fulfilled.
