Amy joined the YMCA Lincolnshire Board in January 2025, inspired by its purpose and values. Amy is passionate about creating communities where everyone feels supported, valued, and able to thrive. With a background in student welfare, housing, and engagement, Amy has worked to ensure young people have access to safe, secure, and supported accommodation – Which she believes is a basic right. By joining the Board Amy has been able to contribute her experience in wellbeing, housing, and community engagement while championing the voices of young people and supporting YMCA Lincolnshire’s mission across the county.
