Jacqui joined the Board in March 2025.  Jacqui is a Chief People Officer for a Further Education College and has nearly 30 years’ experience of working in people management. 

Jacqui has a business degree, masters degree in Human Resource Management and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Similarly to education, Charities like YMCA Lincolnshire play such an important role in helping people and communities thrive. 
I’m privileged to be able to bring the same passion and commitment to supporting communities that I have in my professional role to my role as a Trustee for YMCA Lincolnshire.
