Julie is a Chartered accountant who specialised in audits of charities and housing associations. Julie has worked in the charitable sector and did 17 years in state secondary and 6th form education sector as Director of Finance and Resources. During her career she has taken responsibility for Financial and strategic management, Human Resources, site management and health and safety as well as a key role in several major building projects during her time in education. Julie believes in the power of the third sector and is passionate about Lincolnshire and its people. Having retired in 2024 becoming a YMCA Lincolnshire Trustee seemed a natural step.
