Kerrin is an experienced strategic leader across policing, business, public and third sector industries, and an award-winning inspirational speaker, mentor, coach, and business leader.
She is a former national police lead for Professionalising Investigations (PIP), served as a member of Cumberland Lodge Police Steering Committee and as the Institute of Directors (IoD) Ambassador for Criminal Justice & Policing. She is a former lead on diversity matters nationally within policing, having been a founding member of Women of Colour in Policing (WoCiP).
Based in the North East but with national reach her portfolio is a mix of NED and voluntary roles which includes a Recruitment specialist with the Judicial Appointments Commission, a Leadership consultant with the College of Policing, Trustee with Revolving Doors Charity, an Independent Governor at Lincoln College and Trustee with the Friends of Stockton & Darlington Railway. She is also a member of ITV’s Diversity & Inclusion panel and a Senior Associate at the Police Foundation (UK).
