Nicky is an Executive Coach, coaching people to surface the thinking that serves them personally and professionally. She worked in the Third Sector for 26 years where she developed her leadership experience. Nicky wanted to join a successful local charity that had an exciting vision and high aspirations for the people of Lincolnshire, the city she grew up in and loves. She brings her Third sector and leadership experience with her passion for coaching to the role of Board Trustee and Chair of the People, Culture and Diversity Committee. Nicky’s intention is to support people to be their best and to get the best YMCA service whether as an employee or as a beneficiary.
