Tracy is Chief Executive of Heritage Lincolnshire, a charity leading major heritage regeneration and skills projects across the county. With over 20 years’ experience in the heritage and charity sectors, she has worked nationally and locally to champion culture, education, and community impact. Tracy joined YMCA Lincolnshire’s Board because of its commitment to supporting people at every stage of life and its values of care and opportunity. She brings governance, strategic leadership, and fundraising expertise, together with a strong belief in collaboration and inclusion, to help YMCA Lincolnshire thrive for the communities it serves.
